For the residents of Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks and Tipton Counties, CAGI is the administrator of the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) most commonly referred to as Section 8.
CAGI operates five apartment developments, which cater to senior and/or disabled eligible clients.
Weatherization assistance may involve such things as blowing insulation into attics and/or walls; sealing ductwork; insulating crawl spaces.
Our program offers accessible financing, expert guidance, and affordable rates, making owning a home a reality for all aspiring homeowners.
